With the adjustment dial all the way out there's still a good amount of wiggle room and tightening it really cinches down for a good fit.

With the helmet on, its pretty light and balanced. No noticeable weight while I'm skating.

Looks are subjective, but it does have noticeably bulky fit vs road bike helmets I'm accustomed to.
