HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have created registered an account you can simply log in and check your order status under “My Account”.

WHY DON'T YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We are a young company and at the moment we are unfortunately only able to accept orders from within USA on this website

We recently opened our online store for Europe, currently available for France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, The United Kingdom and Sweden.

We are working towards making everyone able to easily order from us.

However, if you are residing in a country where we are not available yet and really want our products, we would be happy if you contacted us. Please refer to our contact page for our contact information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

We have two different shipping alternatives:

  • Standard shipping will normally arrive within 5-6 business days.
  • Priority shipping will normally arrive within 2 business day.

In case we run out of stock in our US warehouse, we occasionally ship orders directly from China. Our delivery times from China are:

  • Standard shipping will normally arrive within 10-15 days.
  • Priority shipping will normally arrive within 7-10 days.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To return your product, contact us using our contact page and we will provide you with our current return address.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM/ORDER?

You can exchange a purchased product within 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange an item or order, contact us using our contact page and we will provide you with our current return address.
