  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The case will be executed in 2 business day.

    There are certain situations where only Partial Refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition,
  • Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@outdoormaster.com.

1. I have received the wrong product - what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you have received a wrong order.
Please get in touch with us at care@outdoormaster.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

2. How Do I Exchange An Item/Order?

You can exchange a purchased product within 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To exchange an item or order, contact us with care@outdoormaster.com and we will provide you with our current return address. .

3. What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 90 days. To return or exchange your product, pls contact care@outdoormaster.com and we will provide you with our current return address.

4. How can I return my order?

Our warehouse address is 1801 Highland Avenue STE “i”, Duarte, CA 91010, please contact us with care@outdoormaster.com before you return it. We will undertake the return shipping fee, so please provide us the return shipping label.

5. Have you received my return?

Processing your return usually takes a few days. However, we will send you an email update as soon as we have received and checked your returned product(s).
Feel free to give us a call on (626) 359-0900 within 10:00-16:00 CET on weekdays or give us and email on care@outdoormaster.com to check up on your return. .

6. When will I receive my refund?

Processing a refund usually takes up to 7 Business Days after we have received the returned goods. If you have any problems, pls feel free to contact with us on care@outdoormaster.com.

7. Your return policy states that I have to return the product in its original packaging. I no longer have the original packaging - can I still return it?

We only ask this to make sure that the products are safely handled when shipped. If you don't have the original shipping box, please send the products back in bubble-wrap or something similar, inside a cardboard box. Don't forget to attach your order number or receipt inside the shipment.
