Cool helmet, even cooler customer service

Very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a new helmet for a while, then came across this one from OM. When I received it, there was something funky with the visor. I contacted customer service and rather than me returning the helmet, they shipped me a new visor. Worked out great. The only issue I had with OM is that I found it hard to initially try to process a return. Other than that, very happy.

Good Value Helmet

I like my new orange helmet. It fits well and has MIPS. I don't want to test that. The light works well and my friends say it is visible except when I launch my sprint. That is infrequent. The battery life is less than my Wahoo computer and my Garmin taillight. I love the USB-C charging port. Most of my chargeable life is now USB-C. So good work Outdoor Master.
