Helmet Recall Notice

We have identified that certain OutdoorMaster bike helmets sold in the United States may pose a potential safety risk due to deviations in the installation position of the helmet strap. In certain fall or impact scenarios, this issue may cause the helmet to slip off the wearer’s head, increasing the risk of injury.Out of an abundance of caution, we are initiating a voluntary recall program. OutdoorMaster is working closely with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and an official recall notice has been jointly issued.

Affected helmets are as follows:

Model Number: OM-KSKB           Serial number：OM20240520             Sales Period to Consumers: 06/2024 – 01/2025
Model Number: OM-TD BIKE      Serial numbers：OM20240326            Sales Period to Consumers: 07/2024 – 02/2025

We strongly encourage all U.S. customers who purchased an OutdoorMaster bike helmet to follow the steps below to verify whether their product is included in this recall.

How to Tell If You Have an Affected Helmet

Step 1.Check the Model Number
Check the Model Number Look inside the helmet for a label showing the model number.

Step 2.Locate the Serial Number
Find the serial number printed on the internal label or on the helmet.     

Step 3. Verify the Date Code
Check for the manufacturing date stamped on the inside of the helmet.

Remedy and Refund Plan

Most helmets from this affected batch have already been safely destroyed, and we have submitted an official Certificate of Destruction as verification. If you believe you may have purchased a product from this batch, you are eligible to request a full refund. Your safety and confidence remain our highest priorities, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this process.
