We have identified that certain OutdoorMaster OM-TD BIKE helmets (Model: OM-TD BIKE), with a sales period from 07/2024 to 02/2025 in the United States, may pose a potential safety risk due to deviations in the installation position of the helmet strap. In certain fall or impact scenarios, this issue may cause the helmet to slip off the wearer’s head, increasing the risk of injury. Out of an abundance of caution, we are initiating a voluntary recall program. OutdoorMaster is working closely with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and an official recall notice has been jointly issued.

We strongly encourage all U.S. customers who purchased an OutdoorMaster OM-TD BIKE helmet (Model: OM-TD BIKE) to follow the steps below to verify whether their product is included in this recall.
