I ordered this 3 weeks before a golf trip. After a week I was sent a small box from Outdoor Master. It was a SUP pump, not the golf bag. I immediately reached out to customer service and they said they would prioritize sending a replacement and a return shipping label. After a few days, I had not received the replacement bag, so I messaged again. The story changed. Now me getting the replacement bag was contingent upon their receipt of the incorrect item for which they had not sent a return label for yet. A whole week with no action to fix their mistake. Now there's not enough time for me to get the bag before my trip and I'll still need to make a trip to UPS to send back the pump just to get my money back. No offer to remedy the mistake, no attempt to help me get the product in time, no chance of me getting reimbursed for the waste of time. Don't bother purchasing. There are more exciting ways to waste a couple hours of your time.

Purchased based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. I’ve only traveled with it once, but it’s easy to carry and well protected.

My sun suggested this golf bag cover when I was flying to play golf. I’ve had hard shell covers before but I loved this one. Light weight, was easy for this older lady to handle. Golf covers we’re safe and no issues during flight.
