The wrong product shipped. Took over a week to get, and now been going back and forth with customer service about a simple replacement and has taken a week and no idea if it has shipped or not

I've been trying to return a pair of goggles purchased in the beginning of February. Customer service is slow to respond and has stopped responding all together.

Ordered goggles, but decided to return them. No responses from multiple emails and chat after finally getting return information and shipping the goggles back. Warning: they don't pay for return shipping.
Been over a week since they have gotten the goggles back. I'm going to have to dispute the charge, but I'm out money for goggles plus shipping cost.
Terrible customer service, takes multiple emails and days for responses until they just stop responding

I received the wrong lenses for the goggles I purchased. I reached out to customer service and sent them pictures of the incorrect lenses to which they responded by saying that they were the correct lenses, even though they clearly weren’t. After sending in even more detailed pictures, I have had my e mails ignored. It’s been almost a month since I ordered the goggles with no resolution.

I ordered these well in advance of our ski trip. It took two weeks to receive. I opened the package and got pink lenses instead of blue lenses. I emailed them the day I got the wrong lenses. Didn’t hear back for a couple days and finally was told to send a picture of the wrong lenses and bar code. Did that immediately and didn’t hear back for a couple days knowing my window to get a replacement was closed fast. They finally made a decision the week of our trip and said the lenses would be in time. I got an email stating the date for the new lenses and it’s the day after we leave for our trip. I am disappointed at the lack of urgency to make this right. I had to be the one to keep communication open and never felt cared for. I spent a couple months reviewing different goggles and finally landed on these with excitement. This experience has been so frustrating that all that research and excitement has been crushed by what could have been an easy replacement with plenty of time to spare. Please work more diligently to rectify issues quicker for future guests. It makes all the difference in the world. Mistakes happen with out a doubt but not handling it in a timely manner magnifies the mistake.
