Material & workmanship: Merino socks is not strictly speaking an accurate term, because it is a material mix: Merino wool is by no means the main component at 30%. 41'% acrylic! 30% merino wool 23% nylon 6% elastane Acrylic also keeps you warm, of course, and the entire mix makes the socks much easier to care for than pure wool. The support and protection function of the ski socks is ONLY possible as a material mix, so that is perfectly fine. The socks are very soft and very, very thick. Since they are compression socks, they are of course cut narrowly. We are very happy with the workmanship. They are tightly knitted and very neatly finished. Even after washing (with wool detergent in the wool program) they still retain their shape, have not shrunk and there is no lint. I therefore expect them to last a long time. We ordered the turquoise version; the color is very nice. The bear motif is really cute. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is OK for high-quality ski socks, especially since there is currently a discount on offer. The quality is definitely impressive!
