How do I place an order?
Find the products you like and click on "ADD TO CART".
Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "CHECK OUT". Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".
Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email email@example.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 mins by contacting our customer service team at phone number (626) 359-0900 Within opening hours 10:00-16:00 CET.
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.
My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org..
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us on email@example.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.
How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".
Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

Which countries do you ship to?
We provide free shipping for all OutdoorMaster products. Some products are only available in specific regions. Please check the product page for details or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all OutdoorMaster Brand products. Products carried by OutdoorMaster, but are of other brands, like the EXWAY Electric Skateboards, are not included in the free shipping category.
How long does shipping take?
The shipping time is around 5-7 business days. Currently due to the pandemic, some shipments could be delayed.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.
My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?
We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under email@example.com to change your address and other shipping options.
The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
Please contact with us under firstname.lastname@example.org if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under email@example.com.
