To figure out the correct helmet size, wrap a measuring tape around your head, keep the tape 1 inch above your ears, and level front to back (In most cases, you are now measuring the widest part of your head).
For a more snug fit, we recommend going with M, but if you prefer a little more room or are planning to wear additional layers like a beanie, L might be a better choice..
Unfortunately, this helmet does not have an insect-repellent function. However, it comes with a mosquito net that provides protection.
