Daughter loves her goggles!

I wanted to wait to purchase ski goggles for my 7 year old daughter until I was confident she was going to enjoy and continue skiing. I found these and figured they were a good price and wouldn't break the bank, in case she pulled a 180 and decided to quit skiing. When I got them, I noticed that they seemed just as well-made as some of mine that I've bought in the past that were very expensive. She loved them, was excited to use them and was happy with how well they fit with her helmet (that just so happened to also be from OM, I realized). I'm now thinking of buying myself a set since both my old pairs are getting pretty worn out. I might even buy two so I don't have to change out the lenses as frequently and I won't need a second mortgage to do so!

Fairly warm ...

It needs breathing holes hard to breathe through and talk loudly through, it is fairly warm and good at warming cold spots. Keeping it
covering the nose and not the eyes can be difficult at times.

Great quality for warmer days

This ski mask is best suited for those warmer, sunny sky days in my opinion.lt doesn't cut the crisp cold ar that blasts you from those winds
but it definitely helps protect against sun exposer and is water-resistant, The material feels really comfortable and it's thinner so breathable
as well.
that it was great.

better than a balaclava?

If you are the kind of person who wears a stocking cap/beanie during the colder months, you might find the back of your neck gets chily
because it is exposed. lf you aren't fond of coats that have a hood, you can wear a scarf, of put on a balaclava. The only problem i've had
with the latter is that when you try to put the stocking cap or beanie on afterwards it usually gets all messed up and askew. This gaiter is a
great solution for that.lt covers the exposed neck area but has nothing but a thin strip that goes over the skull, to keep it up. When puting
the stocking cap or beanie on, nothing gets messed up, or goes askew.
My only complaint would be that the material is too much plastic and is kind of cold when first putting it on. A bit more cloth and less
synthetic materials would help alleviate that.

4 stars if you can deal with the head strap

This is another fine quality OutdoorMaster product. The neck gaiter is a nice/soft nylon material and keeps your neck warm. The mask isn't too hard to breathe through which is good. My biggest issue is the head strap. If it's very cold out and there's no chance you'll want to lower the gaiter, it's not a problem. But it's been mostly in the upper 30s so far this year in the NE and it just gets too warm to keep up while skiing. The head strap prevent me from lowering the front more easily since it's stuck under my helmet. I want to love it, but I wish the head strap was removeable.
